Board Committees
The Company has established an Audit Committee, a Remuneration
Committee and a Nomination Committee, which meet as
and when required. The members of these Committees are
the three non-executive directors. N N Trulsvik chairs
the Audit Committee, S J Clayton the Remuneration Committee
and J F Devaney the Nomination Committee. Each Committee
operates within defined terms of reference. The Audit
Committee is responsible for ensuring that the financial
performance of the Group is properly reported on and
monitored and for reviewing the auditor’s reports
relating to accounts and internal control systems.
