Tersus Energy plc announces appointment of Heather Killen to board

Tersus Energy plc (“Tersus”), the AIM-listed clean energy company, today announces the appointment of Heather Killen as a non-executive director with effect from 18 July, 2006.

Ms Killen is currently a Partner at Hemisphere Capital LLP, where her focus is expansion-stage technology companies with international growth potential. Ms Killen has more than 16 years experience in international business development and senior executive positions, including Senior Vice President of International Operations at Yahoo! Inc., where she built and ran directly owned businesses for the company in more than 20 countries. Previously, Ms Killen had worked as Director of European Online Services at Ziff-Davis Publishing, and in media and technology investment banking at Salomon Brothers Inc.

Ms Killen is also a director of 40 Westbourne Terrace Limited. There are no further details to be disclosed under Rule 17 Schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
