John
Devaney (Chairman)
John brings his top-level industry knowledge and experience
gained as Executive Chairman of Eastern Electricity
to Tersus Energy. Whilst John was running Eastern it
underwent significant transformation to become a powerful
force in the UK market. John is Chairman of Telecoms
Equipment Group Marconi, Chairman of Bizz Energy which
retails electricity online to businesses, Chairman of
NATS (National Air Traffic Services), and a Director
of Geniant, an Internet Technology company. He has also
served as a Director on the boards of HSBC Bank Plc,
British Steel Plc and as Chairman of Exel Plc. John
is an engineering graduate and a graduate of the Harvard
Business School Advanced Management Programme.

Steven
P. Levine (CEO)
Steven is an energy services professional and attorney
specializing in private power generation and energy
services and management, with extensive experience in
the development and financing of domestic and international
energy projects. Mr. Levine was Vice-President, responsible
for developing and implementing national energy services
and products for New Energy, Inc., one of the largest
electricity power marketers supplying the de-regulated
U.S. markets. He has also served as President of Metro
Energy, L.L.C., a New York City based thermal and electricity
service private utility; President of the unregulated
generation subsidiary of a publicly traded US energy
company, Besicorp Group Inc., responsible for developing
and managing over 600MW of large-scale cogeneration;
and principal and general counsel of Indian and PRC
large-scale hydroelectric private power companies. In
his capacity as a senior executive in the energy industry,
Mr. Levine has been responsible for the development
and financing of several large and small scale power
generation, industrial process and equipment, energy
management and environmental remediation projects.

David
Wilson (COO and Finance Director)
Before joining Tersus Energy, David was a founder director
of the electricity supplier Bizz Energy which retails
electricity online to small businesses. He
previously spent a year working on the flotation
of Formula One Holdings with Bernie Ecclestone. Prior
to that he was Hilton Hotels CFO and Director of Business
Development having initially joined Hilton / Ladbroke
in 1994 as Group Finance Director. David’s early
career started started with Ernst & Young which
included a 3 year secondment to Singapore. He was admitted
to the partnership in 1982 and became a member of the
firms management team with responsibity for services
to SMEs. David is a graduate in economics and a Chartered
Accountant.

Sharon
Clayton (Non-Executive Director)
Sharon is a co-founder of Moore, Clayton & Co. She
owned Presentations, an international strategic consulting
firm. The firm specialized in working with senior executives
to set strategy, carry out business planning and implement
strategies for emerging and established companies in
multiple vertical markets across the globe. Prior to
launching Presentations, Sharon was the International
Vice President of Business Development for a multi-national
engineering controls company based in Toronto, Ontario.
She also held the position of Director of Business Development
for the Financial Services and Commercial Real Estate
Industries at Johnson Controls, Inc. This international
position gave her access to the most senior level executives
in the banking and commercial real estate industries
worldwide. Through her advisory/consulting work, Sharon
brings MCCEG extensive experience with a range of multi-national
companies and Silicon Valley start-ups including the
top ten energy companies in the world, the top three
engineering controls companies in the world, successful
hardware and software companies, Internet and interactive
media companies and an advanced biotech company. She
is a member of the Board of Directors of Bearfaced Productions,
Nichemusic, MedNet, Extessy AG, and Wheatstone Energy
Group.

Nils
Trulsvik (Non-Executive Director)
Nils N. Trulsvik served as President and Chief Executive
Officer of Fountain Oil Incorporated, (CanArgo Energy
Corporation) from Feb 4, 1997 until the merger with
CanArgo July 17, 1998. From 1994 to 1997, he was Executive
Vice President in Fountain Oil Incorporated and Managing
Director of Nopec from 1987 1993. Nils N. Trulsvik is
a petroleum explorationist with extensive experience
throughout the world. He has worked in the private petroleum
sector since 1974, first with Saga Petroleum until 1981.
He took part when Nopec as was established in 1981 and
later, as Managing Director of Nopec, took part in the
establishment of PGS. In 1994 he joined the original
founders of Nopec in establishing Fountain Oil Incorporated.
After the merger of Fountain Oil with Canargo Energy
Corporation in 1998, he joined a group of distinguished
professionals and established The Bridge Group AS, a
company with a mission to facilitate investment and
technology application in natural resource projects.
He is still a Director of CanArgo Energy Corporation.
Working experience includes exploration and development
assignments in the North Sea, Mediterranean, Africa,
South and North America as well as assignments in The
Far East. His commercial experience includes project-
and corporate development. During the 16 years working
in Nopec and Fountain Oil he gained public company experience
including financial reporting of a public company listed
in both Europe and USA. Nils N. Trulsvik holds a BA
degree in Geology and a Cand. Real. degree in Geophysics.
