John
Devaney (Chairman)
John brings top-level industry knowledge and experience gained in both non-executive and executive roles. John is currently Chairman of Cobham plc, National Express Group PLC and NATS (National Air Traffic Services). He has also served as a Director on the boards of HSBC Bank Plc and British Steel Plc, and as Chairman of Marconi/Telent plc and Exel Plc. While he was Executive Chairman of Eastern Electricity, it underwent significant transformation to become a powerful force in the UK energy market. John is an engineering graduate and a graduate of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Programme.

Steven
P. Levine (CEO)
Steven is an energy services professional specialising in private power generation and energy services and management. He has extensive experience in the development and financing of domestic and international energy projects. Steven was Vice-President responsible for developing and implementing national energy services and products for New Energy Inc., one of the largest electricity power marketers supplying the de-regulated U.S. markets. He has also served as President of Metro Energy, L.L.C. a New York City based thermal and electricity service private utility, President of the unregulated generation subsidiary of a publicly traded US energy company, Besicorp Group Inc., where he was responsible for developing and managing over 600MW of large-scale cogeneration; and principal and general counsel of Indian and PRC large-scale hydroelectric private power companies.

David
Wilson (COO / Finance Director and Company Secretary)
David has extensive corporate finance experience including assignments with Old Mutual and with the Formula One racing business. He was Hilton Hotel’s CFO and Director of Business Development having initially joined Hilton / Ladbroke in 1994 as Group Finance Director where he led the sale of Ladbroke’s Texas DIY business. David’s career started with Ernst & Young and included a three year secondment as a senior manager to Singapore. He was admitted to the partnership in 1982 and became a member of the firm’s management team with responsibility for services to SMEs. David is a graduate in economics and a Chartered Accountant.

Stephen West (Investment Director)
Stephen has extensive investment experience in emerging markets, principal investing and the energy sector. He has worked for CDC Group plc, which at the time was the UK Government’s development finance institution for investing in emerging markets, becoming a senior manager primarily based in Latin America. During his time with CDC, Stephen originated, executed and managed a variety of risk capital investments as Principal. Stephen was a Founding Partner of Actis Capital, a management led spin-out from CDC and subsequently has developed a business advising other private equity fund managers, principal investors and fund boards operating in emerging markets or in the energy sector. Stephen has an MBA from Strathclyde Graduate Business School and is a Chartered Management Accountant.
