HT Blade, located in Baoding, Hebei Province, China, develops, manufactures and sells 750KW to 3.0MW rated wind blades and related glass reinforced plastic parts and components to domestic and international customers. It was founded in 2001 as a Sino-overseas co-operative joint venture by two government-controlled enterprises, Baoding Huiyang Aviation Propeller Factory, and China Aviation Industry Gas-Turbine Power (Group) Company, together with Tang Wind Energy LP (“TWELP”), a Texas limited partnership based in Dallas. HT Blade’s business has grown substantially since it was established and it sold over 2,200 sets of rotor blades in 2009. HT Blade's position as a leading rotor blade manufacturer positions the company to take advantage of the continuing growth of the wind power sector in China and throughout the world.

ECL Developments
ECL Developments Limited (“ECLD”) is a waste-to-energy project development company based in the UK, utilizing proprietary thermophilic anaerobic digestion technology. It is a 50:50 joint venture between ECL and Tersus Energy Plc. ECL was founded in 1989 and has operating plants in the UK and USA. Its patented and wholly owned technology converts animal waste into biogas (and in turn electricity), high quality fertiliser, and clean water. ECLD has built anaerobic digestion plants for multiple end-markets including farming, municipal waste materials and food waste. ECL projects also qualify for the generation of carbon credits.

Proteus
Proteus Energy Corporation (“Proteus”) is a US corporation in which Tersus holds a small passive equity investment. Proteus is an oil and gas production operations company that restores old oil fields (“stripper fields”) with advanced production technology and returns them to profitable production. The company either acquires these undervalued marginal fields where 60-70% of the original oil is still in place or operates them on a joint venture basis (“farm-in”), refitting them with commercially-proven production technology, so generating production increases and operating cost savings. Proteus’ activities are focused on assets located in the USA.
