Order your system
Build the system your roof deserves.
Every figure is worked out from the Goa Electricity Department’s published tariff and the two subsidy notifications — not from a rule of thumb. Book with a refundable ₹1,999 deposit and a project manager telephones you within one working day; the balance follows the final sales agreement we prepare after the site survey.
What do you want it to do?
Reduce the bill
Both types generate the same electricity and reduce the same bill. The difference is where your surplus is stored — in the grid as a credit, or in a battery on your wall.
How large?
10 kW · 1,156 units a month
Size against your bill, not your roof — a system that generates more than you use exports the surplus at a lower value than it saves you. If you are between two sizes, the larger one usually wins, because the cost per kW falls as the system grows.
Maintenance
Advantage
Solar has no moving parts, which is exactly why it gets neglected — nothing breaks loudly. Dust and salt take about a fifth of the output, and a string that drops out in March is noticed in July. The first year is included with every installation; these cover the four after it.
Insurance
Comprehensive cover
A rooftop array is the most exposed thing you own — it is bolted to the roof, in the monsoon, on a coast. A policy written on the value of the system covers the storm, the lightning strike and the theft that a warranty never will.
Energy monitoring
Circuit-level metering
Every system ships with the Tersus Energy app: live output, rupees saved, and a fault alert when a string stops. These add the hardware that watches the rest of the house, so you can see what the solar covers and what the grid still does.
Extended warranty
25-year total cover
The panels are warranted for 25 years either way. This is about the parts that are not: the inverter, the structure and the workmanship, which carry 10, 10 and 5 years as standard.
Savings are estimated from 13,870 units a year at the blended rate of ₹6.67 a unit that this system’s output actually displaces, with panel output declining half a percent a year. Subsidy is quoted from PM Surya Ghar and the Goa Grid-Connected Rooftop Solar Promotion Scheme, and is paid by the government directly to you after commissioning. Your own bill depends on how much you use and when.
