I was hesitant in choosing Tersus, as I didn’t know much about them, but they put me at ease right from the beginning by refusing to get frustrated by my numerous questions and requests before and during installation. Their proposal and bill of material/quantities is easily the most detailed I’ve seen. And I got several other proposals in parallel, which were all poorly put together with no real detail or brand transparency. Whereas Tersus gave me the specs of every internal component, which often put them in a predicament as I could easily cross check individual component pricing and compare their overall rates. But they did so regardless! I had a lot of questions and requests regarding what I wanted to run on solar, and what I wanted to keep on the grid, the interfacing with batteries, load across the three phases and so on and on.
